Town of Marion Announces “Jingle Around Marion” Christmas Parade

Annual celebration set for December 4, with free parade entry, a $250 best float prize, and fireworks following the parade!

MARION, Miss. — The Town of Marion invites residents, visitors, businesses, and community organizations to celebrate the holiday season at its annual Christmas Parade on Friday, December 4, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

This year’s theme, “Jingle Around Marion,” invites the community to come together for an evening of Christmas cheer. Families and friends are encouraged to enjoy the parade and stay for a fireworks show presented by Tate’s Fireworks immediately afterward.

Parade entry is free, and a $250 cash prize will be awarded to the best float. Local businesses, churches, schools, clubs, and other community groups are encouraged to showcase their creativity with an entry inspired by this year’s festive theme.

Whether participating in the parade or cheering from the sidelines, everyone is invited to help make this annual celebration a memorable start to the Christmas season.
