Important Water Billing Notice: Please Use the NEW Online Payment Portal
The Town of Marion Water Department would like to make residents aware of an important change regarding online water bill payments.
We have officially transitioned to a NEW online payment portal. If you have the previous water bill payment website saved or bookmarked on your computer, phone, or tablet, please DO NOT use that old link.
We have learned that a payment was recently submitted through the previous payment site, so we want to make sure all residents know how to access the correct payment portal moving forward.
How to Pay Your Water Bill Online
To ensure you are using the correct payment system, please access the payment portal directly through the official Town of Marion website.
To make your water bill payment:
Go to marionms.org
Click the red “Pay Water Bill” button on the website.
Follow the link to the NEW online payment portal to make your payment.
Please Delete Old Bookmarks and Saved Links
If you previously bookmarked or saved a direct link to the old payment portal, please delete it. Do not use an old link from your browser history, favorites, bookmarks, or a previously saved page.
The safest and easiest way to make sure you are using the correct payment portal is to always begin at marionms.org and click “Pay Water Bill.”
